Benefit plan types for portal pages

Use the Benefit Plan Types tab to update the benefit plans list on the Eligibility and HealthClaims pages. You can add, update, and delete the Benefit Plan Types which members can see in the benefit plans list.

Hint: It’s helpful to have the portal you’re updating displayed in another window or tab, so you can review your changes as you make them.
  1. Access the configuration menu
  2. To display the configuration window, double-click the Page (row) you want to update or right-click and select Open.
  3. Select the Benefit Plan Types tab.

    Note: The Eligibility configuration window lets you select a check box to ignore the PHI guidelines on the portal page.
